Live at the Nasdaq market site, the latest from S&P says that the credit rating of the United States will not be impacted by the impasse because of the deficit reduction committee, specifically they're saying the inability to agree on fiscal measures that would stabilize government debt as a share of GDP is consistent with their august 5th decision to lower our rating to AA plus.
