Cashin: Japan Is Playing a 'Dangerous Game'
Far be it from this old Curmudgeon (me) to dispute anything Cashin says, but it seems disengenious for us (or anybody in the West) to criticize Japan for finally reflating like we have been for half a decade now... Especially after having waited for 15+ years post the Tokyo R/E crash. Given the Japanese stagnation, they probably feel they have little choice at this point. Admittedly, Cashin's just pointing out the risks rather than openly criticizing - which says volumes in support of my personal belief that Cashin and many of the NYSE old timers remain "Gentlemen" to this very day....
