Banks speed foreclosure sales
Could it be that FINALLY we're beginning to see the hard core of my eco-cynicism lo these 5-6-7 years past, being worked off with something less than either aplomb or panache but certainly more than the speed of permafrost at which I suspect it's been moving all along.
Of course, this is all based on the presumption I've been "right" all this time.
Or at least not totally dead a**ed WRONG.
Be not downhearted - I've been wrong before, and I suspect I have enough time
left to be dead a**ed wrong again - maybe more than once.
If so - the numbers are beginning to bear the faint scent of something other than ZOMBIE-ISM.
This - combined with the positive interpretation some are imparting to FED TAPERING - and the relatively unsung positive impact higher interest rates will impart to the recovery (watch - as benchmark rates rise, ever more investment capital will begin seeking Alpha (as the saying goes) which implies greater risk-tolerance thus freeing up more capital for small and medium-sized start-ups, expansions and even (dare we hope?) new and re-hires).
